An empty basin is all that’s left of a lake that sits beside the Westwood Chateau condo complex in Marion. News 13 has found inspection reports for Lady Marion Dam dating to 1995 that show owner G. Byron Phillips had been notified of breaks and problems. Some problems were labeled as high severity in a 2016 report.   Watch the news report………………………….
