Declaration can be revised to take advantage of new laws (FL)

Q:  Our HOA wants to rewrite our declaration of restrictions. They want to do some minor things, like change the word “developer” to “association” throughout the document. They also want to change the fee schedule. They want to add restrictions for short-and-long term rental properties, and also restrictions on architectural/lawn elements.   Read the Q&A……………………………….
