Embattled Dallas developer Mike Ward took the stand on Tuesday and adamantly defended the water and sewer systems in one of his upscale communities on Possum Kingdom Lake.  Ward balked when an attorney representing property owners at The Cliffs Resort said that he and his Double Diamond Utilities company had “failed miserably” at providing clean water in the shoreline community.   Read the article……………………….
