A group of condominium residents in Jelutong here sued the developer and consultant architect of the building for allegedly not complying with the local council guidelines and failing to provide amenities.  Lawyer Jason Ong, who represented seven residents from Straits Garden Condominium in Jalan Tokong Batu here, said they filed a joint lawsuit at the Penang High Court.     Read the article…………….
