The Esopus Town Board wants to meet with the developer of the proposed Meadows at Esopus subdivision regarding a drainage district for 25 houses. Town Supervisor John Coutant said during a board meeting this week that town officials would prefer drainage matters be addressed by a homeowners’ association.     Read more……..
