A Greenville neighborhood has racked up more than $50,000 in legal bills that could put the homeowners association in financial trouble in the wake of multiple lawsuits and complaints by one resident.  Lawsuits against the 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Woodington Homeowners Association’s board of directors have been filed by homeowner Raymond Wedlake, according to Greenville County court records.   Read the article………………………..
