A bench warrant has been issued for a Simpsonville homeowner embroiled in a two-year court battle with his homeowner’s association.  Melchior Julien, who lives in Holly Tree Plantation, said he has had several disputes with the Holly Tree Plantation Homeowners Association over the years.
