The News-Journal reached out to about 30 condos and short-term stay establishments that were at one point declared unsafe after Ian or Nicole and found that at least 372 people were displaced from eight condominium communities along Volusia County’s coastline, mostly because of Tropical Storm Nicole, according to estimates from property managers and condo association officials.   Read the article………………………..
