A special magistrate has fined the Renaissance on the Ocean condo association $15,000 for not maintaining a public pathway.  The path parallels the beach and is located behind the Renaissance on North Beach in Hollywood.  The public pathway is supposed to be maintained by the condo association as required by an agreement with the city.    Read the entire article……………………………….
