Question: Our master association is a nonprofit, not an HOA. Does that make any difference? The master seems to feel that it can do what it wants, even if contrary to the HOA’s majority. Elections require a 50% quorum, which is impossible to obtain without electronic voting (which the master association will not implement).   Read the Q&A…………………………..
