A zoning issue in one local neighborhood put on hold due to the pandemic is back.  “This is kind of a quiet neighborhood street,” said homeowner Kim Gibbs…..Kim Gibbs lives across the street and supports proposed rezoning that would allow developers to build about 20 townhomes.
