At public hearings, town halls and community meetings, Loudoun County homeowners over the years have shown up in small packs to ask questions and make their voices heard.  Now, a group of Loudoun County citizens are forming a coalition of homeowner and condominium associations across the county to improve communication between the organizations, their elected officials and county staff.    Read the article…………………………….
