Steve Rosenthal loved living along the beach, chatting with his neighbors by his condominium’s pool, having everything he needed just a short walk or drive away. That was his life at Champlain Towers South in Surfside.  Rosenthal lost many of his friends when the majority of the 12-story condominium collapsed last month, killing at least 97 people.
