In a previous column, I mentioned my surprise at the amount of feedback I had received from the “Is Oak Run safe?” piece in the Citizen. The feedback has continued and morphed into an expanded discussion regarding the relationship between homeowners and those who manage Oak Run. In addition to safety, there is also the issue of changing the name of the Homeowners’ Association as well as the lack of financial transparency on the part of the Limited Partners who rule Oak Run.
