It’s been 16 months since a fire destroyed the Mounainview Condominium Complex in Valley Cottage and residents still don’t know when they will be able to return.  The 16 people who were displaced by the fire have had to pay mortgage and maintenance fees even though they are still not living in the building.   Read the article…………………………..
