Q: I was recently asked to vote on an amendment to our condominium declaration. I attended the meeting and it was noted that a quorum had been attained by those present in person and by proxy. However, the meeting was adjourned so that the Association could collect additional proxies because there were not enough votes to approve the amendment. Is it proper to adjourn the meeting for 90 days to collect additional proxies?    Read more………
