Q:  Our annual meeting for board elections is coming up. At present, the board consists of nine members (per our governing documents). Each year, three board member positions expire (also per our governing documents). We go out each year to the community to ask for candidates to volunteer for the expiring positions, and most times current board members say they will continue to stay on the board.  Read the Q&A……………………………….
