Neighborhoods around southern Wisconsin are still reeling from spring flooding. But homes in one neighborhood in the Town of Middleton has been pumping water from basements since the historic floods last summer.  Hidden Oaks subdivision is a quiet and peaceful place to live, according to neighbors.  However, if you listen closely, you can hear the frustration spewing out of several homes.   Read the article……………………
