Durham residents in one neighborhood are saddened after receiving anonymous warning letters over signs in their yard.  One neighbor received a warning letter for having a ‘Black Lives Matter’ sign in her yard.  Another family received two letters a sign that has multiple statements such as ‘No human is illegal’ and ‘love is love.’   Read the article………………………….
