Each year, tens of thousands of people buy new homes in Florida. Most do so with the belief that a new home will have fewer problems and headaches than an older one.  But a First Coast News investigation has found that some new homes — including those in very prestigious communities, with half-million dollar price tags — are plagued with construction defect allegations, leading to massive costs to homeowners, and years of legal wrangling.    Read the article…………
