Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority said crews were able to shut off a 20-inch main line near the Park Plaza Condominiums, ending the active leak. Later, crews determined it was a private water line that burst. The building’s owner will have to handle additional repairs to the building.   Read the article………………………..
