The residents of the Market Street Villas in Bethlehem say their private parking spots were their condos’ major selling point.  Without them, many wouldn’t have bought a home steps from the city’s bustling Main Street, where parking is at a premium, they said Wednesday at a Bethlehem Parking Authority meeting.    Read the article………………………….
