A property dispute on the Northwest Side has a neighborhood association getting the city involved.  But the city said there’s nothing they can do.   The homeowners group in Colonies North said this building is in violation of a neighborhood restrictive covenant.  While it looks like a building, it is a home. Neighbors said it’s an eyesore and want construction on it to stop, but the owner said he’s playing by the rules and not going anywhere.   Read the article………………
