Prudent for condominium association to inspect units for damage when roof fails (FL)

If there is damage done to a condominium building roof due to a hurricane, and if the roof has been dried in pursuant to the condominium association’s responsibility, is it the unit owner’s responsibility to ensure that their unit is dried out and repaired, or is it the association’s responsibility, assuming that the owner is present and not out of town?  Could you please tell me where to find this in 718?   Read the Q&A……………………..
