Owners must opt in to receive official notices by email (FL)

My condominium association has a new board (all part-time snowbirds) who are sending all correspondence via emails to owners. This includes the annual meeting notice (although the notices are neither properly prepared nor timely), proxy votes and special assessment notices. Can all owner correspondence be sent by email?   Read the Q&A………………….
