Ideas don’t get much more evergreen than this perennial staple: a new bill before the New York City Council would strip co-op boards of one of their most cherished powers — the freedom to reject potential buyers for “any reason or no reason” — and would instead require them to spell out in writing their reasons for rejecting a purchase application.   Read the article………………………..
