People who live in a condominium complex on James Island received clearance to return to their homes.  The City of Charleston confirms it granted clearance for Pelican Pointe Villas residents to move back in.  City officials say the building failed an exit light inspection Tuesday, but that issue has since been resolved.    Read the article………………
