People staying at a Panama City resort are furious after they received a notice saying they need to get out.  The notice reads, in part:  “Due to recently discovered water damage throughout the building caused by Hurricane Michael, the Associations facilities and units have been deemed unsafe for occupancy. Based on advice and recommendations of our Mitigation Contractors, Public Adjusters and the multiple legal counsel the Board has resolved that Shores of Panama will be closed for repair and comprehensive inspection as of Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 9:00 PM (CST) and all occupants must vacate the premises on or before such time.”    Read the article………………
