The Avalon Fire Department informed the homeowners association by letter in the spring, that they cannot use the bridge that leads to the neighborhood, after it failed an inspection.  Michael Farrow, President of the Bernath Place homeowner’s association says other emergency services have not been stopped.    Read the article………………
