Seminole County commissioners plan to consider regulations that would allow residents to drive golf carts on designated county streets within neighborhoods.  County officials said they received inquiries from residents, many from the Rolling Hills neighborhood in west Seminole, about whether they are legally able to drive golf carts on publicly-owned roads within their neighborhoods.    Read the article……………………….
