Q: Our residential HOA community of under 150 homes just had an election. Two homeowners came forth with letters stating that one candidate took their proxy ballot and altered it.  The two homeowners asked at the in person annual meeting for their proxy so that they could add a second name to the ballot, as two spots were open.   Read the entire article……………………………….
