Linda Walker has lived in her SouthWood townhouse since it was constructed in 2003. The 79-year-old felt she found a forever home and has loved seeing young families come to the neighborhood over the years.  Now, she potentially faces thousands of dollars’ worth of debt to repair major cement siding issues on her home, issues she didn’t know existed until years after they were found and eventually revealed by the SouthWood homeowners association.   Read the article………………………
