A Broward County woman formerly employed as property manager claims she was wrongfully terminated for reporting allegedly unlawful conduct.  Michele Gardner filed a complaint on Jan. 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Silver Thatch Atlantic Plaza Condominium Association Inc. citing the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Private Sector Whistleblower Act.   Read the article…………..
