A water company has pledged not to turn off the water for thousands of residents despite a mounting debt and a previous threat to shut the spigot.  Residents of the Ramblewood East complex in Coral Springs fell behind in paying their bills since March, and their homeowners association couldn’t keep up with almost $300,000 in debt to the water company.
