A couple is suing a Treasure Island condominium owner, alleging breach of contract and statutory duty.  Joseph J. Conoslo and Joan M. Consolo filed a complaint July 27 in Pinellas County Circuit Court against Mansions by the Sea Association Inc. alleging violation of the Florida Condominium Act and all other governing documents.     Read the article………………
