I am a board member of an HOA in South Florida. When our covenants were written almost 40 years ago, they banned pickup trucks from parking overnight in our community. We are getting pushback from residents about not allowing pick-up trucks overnight.  I’ve done the research and find that trucks far out-sell cars these days and the size comparisons of SUVs and pick-up trucks show very little difference in both width and length.    Read the Q&A…………………
