A Clover couple is suing their homeowner’s association and the company that sold them their house, over flooding issues.  Rodney Robinson and his wife bought the brand new home in 2016.  “About six weeks after that was the first real bad storm,” Robinson told Action 9?s Jason Stoogenke. “We had stormwater basically up to the back door.”    Read the article……………………………………
