About a year ago, Don Knetzger of Oro Valley, Ariz. strung up lights to his flagpole in his backyard so he could see his barbecue more easily at night.  Knetzger told News 4 Tucson he recently got a letter in the mail from his homeowner’s association.   Read the article………………………
