A bit of a smelly situation on the city’s east side, a group of town home residents tell us the dumpsters outside their door, haven’t been dumped for 5 months.  One big dumpster has been emptied since we’ve been out making calls and Waste Management crews checked the other dumpsters and cleaned the entire property, after residents reached out to us and said enough is enough.     Read the article…………………..
