A lawsuit alleges wrongdoing with a new emergency road between the Buck Mountain subdivision and U.S. 421 West in Purlear and seeks a court order blocking use of the development’s property owners’ association (POA) funds on the road.  Buck Mountain property owners Brian Holland of Wilkes County, Harry Brizuela of Dade County, Fla., and John Hawley of York County, S.C., filed the suit against the Buck Mountain POA Inc. in Wilkes Superior Court on Aug. 17.    Read the article………………
